BBC Children in Need with DIY SOS

I was recently lucky enough to help out by supplying 3 days labour to ‘The Little Miracles’ Project as part of  BBC’s charity ‘Children in Need’.  The project was a DIY SOS Special to help transform The Spinney Centre for disabled children in Bretton, Peterborough.

With a complete build in only 9 days it was pretty manic, but good fun and fantastic to see everyone pulling together to get the job done. The reveal day at the end was incredible; it was great to see the kids enjoying the new grounds.

The programme will be called DIY SOS: Million Pound Build for Children in Need and will be going out on BBC ONE on Wednesday 13th November 2013 at 8pm.

I’ll be the one waay in the background!
